PRESCRIPTIONS
Faxed prescriptions require the original script to be collected when receiving that prescription medicine.
Pharmacy4u reserve the right not to dispense certain medicines:

• Schedule 6 medicines e.g. Rolab-Flunitrazepam and Ritalin.
• Any other medication on Pharmacy4u's own determined list.

OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICINE
This will be subject to age eligibility and reserve the right to limit quantities of these medicines.

DELIVERY

• Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered before 5pm the same day. This excludes Saturdays where if you order before 9am, you will receive your order by 1pm and orders on Sundays will only be dispatched on Monday morning.
• COD deliveries – products will not be handed over unless payment is made to the deliveryman.
• Pharmacy4u is busy expanding across South Africa. Check if your area is online. If it not please let us know and we will help you as best as we can.
• Pharmacy4u is a virtual pharmacy which utilises existing selected registered pharmacies for dispensing and supplying of products.

TIMES OF BUSINESS
Although online enquiries and orders can be made any time of day or night, Pharmacy4u will only read and respond to your emails and orders during the normal business hours of 8am to 5pm.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Pharmacy4u will endeavour to supply your orders subject to availability.

RETURNS
No products can be returned after delivery.
